Are your mochi donuts and bites gluten-free, vegan or dairy free?
No, our donuts and bites are not gluten-free, vegan or dairy free. Our donuts contain wheat flour, egg & milk powder.
Do your mochi donuts and bites contain nuts?
Our bakery is not a nut-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination with our baked goods. See our list of donuts that contain nuts.
Are all your flavors available on your website?
Our classic flavors are available all year round. Special limited-time flavors rotate Bi-weekly and are available from Monday-Saturday.

Do you do custom flavor requests?
Unfortunately, we are not taking custom flavor requests at this time through our store. If you are interested in catering, see our list of available flavor options.
Order Questions
How far in advance can I pre-order?
We allow pre-orders up to 2 weeks in advance. Select an available pickup time at checkout.
When will my order be ready?
Your order will be ready at order pickup time selected at checkout.
Reminder: Your pickup time will be listed on your order confirmation email.
Can I change my pickup date or time?
We are not able to change the pickup time for same day orders. Please contact us if you would like to update the pickup date and time for pre-orders made more than 24 hours in advance.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
We do not offer refunds.
I can’t make it in time for my order pickup time.
Can I still pick-up my order?
No problem. We will keep your donuts safe. Contact us as soon as you arrive.

What are your business hours?
We are open 6-days a week, Monday-Saturday 11am - 7pm. Last call is at 6:15pm.
Does your location offer parking?
Street parking is available.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available through our delivery partner: Doordash
Orders placed through this website are local pickup only.
Do you do bulk order discounts?
Please contact us directly for bulk order inquiries.

Do you offer catering?
We can accommodate for large orders and our mochi donuts are great for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, office events and more! Please contact us with your details.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for catering is 10 dozen (144 Mochi Donuts).
How far in advance do I have to arrange catering?
For all catering requests, we require a minimum of 10 days notice and paid invoice 48 hours before pick up date.
Do you offer mochi donut display rentals?
We’re sorry, we do not offer display rentals at this time.
